Where is Bankok Pattaya Hospital?
The hospital is just over an hour by modern expressway from Bangkok International Airport. Pattaya itself is a beachside tourist city on the Eastern side of the Gulf of Thailand.
Can you tell briefly about the standards of medical care at Hospital?
The hospital has been the leading provider of health care services in South-East Thailand for the past 25 years In August 2009 it was awarded the American JCI (Joint Commission International) accreditation and certification, recognized as the highest award for both public and private health care organizations all over the world.
Is it safe traveling in Thailand these days?
We would not recommend anyone to go to Thailand unless people are safe. We would be more than happy to discuss any detailed concerns you may have. Our well-formed travel agent will also be glad to assist.
I’ve heard medical and dental procedures cost much less in Thailand. How much less?
As a general guidelines savings will be around 70%. They can even be greater depending on the type of procedure. As part of our service we can arrange quotes for your particular needs.
Is it easy to get local currency in Thailand?
A – Yes. There are plenty of ATM’s around, both at the airport and in the city of Pattaya. You can use your credit card to draw local currency and pay hospital and other bills.
Is Pattaya safe to walk around nighttime?
A – Yes. Despite the number of tourists it is by and large a peaceful scene, even late at night. The Thai people have a beautiful nature and very keen to make you feel welcome. They are not pushy when selling merchandise.
What about the accommodation?
Bangkok airport is generally a non-stop flight from any capital in Australia. And Pattaya is just an hour south by modern motorway. Being a large tourist resort Pattaya has a full range of accommodation available, from five-star to backpacker. There is also excellent and reasonable priced accommodation at the Hospital.

When you’ve decided to make the trip we will give you a “Pattaya Check List” which will cover items such as a map, safety and walking around, communications and phone calls, money, local transport, good tourist spots, places to avoid, emergency contact, shopping, swimming, etc.
